He has strong feelings for Tokine and wants to become stronger in order to protect her and his family. Although he is a kekkaishi, he dreams of one day becoming a baker, as he believes it’s more important to him than his duties.
Tokine is a 16 year old girl, also heir of the Hazama clan just as Yoshimori. She is his partner and also childhood friend. Together they form a powerful team and they always help each other. Tokine considers that she is a weak kekkaishi, but that doesn’t stop her from fighting against the ayakashi.
